Mr. Jaffe is the Founder and Principal of Pacific Crest Project Advisory, based in Seattle, WA. He provides more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate.

​With over 30 years of experience in real estate development and commercial project management, Mr. Jaffe has led the delivery of more than 60 million square feet of projects, representing over $10 billion in capital for clients across numerous global, national, & regional geographies and industry sectors.

​​His experience spans all facets of the project lifecycle, from early-stage strategy and site selection through execution and delivery. He has directed complex, multi-market programs and large-scale initiatives  supporting both occupiers and investors.

 

Mr. Jaffe is known for bringing clarity to complex projects, aligning stakeholders, and driving disciplined execution. His approach combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery, ensuring projects move forward with structure, accountability, and measurable results.
